Faulty Products
In the event that your adult toy is faulty, the customer must notify Wicked Desires Boutique within 5 days of delivery from the store, to be advised of the faulty product return process. Advising Wicked Desires Boutique after 5 days may void your claim. Wicked Desires will not exchange or refund any sex toy due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use by the customer.
Please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is generally the cause of the problem in most cases. Always check you have inserted the batteries properly, as this is also a main cause of sex products not working. The problem can be easily resolved by simply inserting new batteries correctly into the adult toy.
Warranty Exceptions
Certain manufacturers offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty and is found faulty within its warranty terms, then Wicked Desires will gladly handle your warranty claim on your behalf. If this product is or becomes faulty please notify Wicked Desires within 5 days to be advised of the manufacturer faulty product return process.
Advising us after the 5 day fault occurrence period may void your claim. Wicked Desires Boutique will not be responsible for postage of products being returned to us. However, in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department, then return postage of a replacement item to the customer will be at our expense.
Quality Control
Every sex product we sell is hygienically checked for functionality and to ensure product quality. This is in order to minimise any undue inconvenience to our valued customers that may be caused by receiving faulty goods. Storage Of Products
